How to configure BlueHost for b2evolution

For best results, we recommend you configure BlueHost's PHP5 to run in FastCGI mode. You can do so inBlueHost 's Cpanel but clicking on the PHP Config icon.

FastCGI is the fastest option and b2evolution is optimized for this option.

Please also note that by default BlueHost has a .htaccess file in place and the b2evolution installer will not overwrite it. For best results, make sure you merge the .htaccess file that is in place and the sample.htaccess file provided by b2evolution.
